Yes, all products at ELEVEN are 100% cruelty-free. We do not test on animals at any stage of product development, nor do we commission third parties to do so.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. Express shipping options are available at checkout for 1-2 day delivery.
What is your return policy for opened products?
We want you to love your glow. If you are not satisfied with a product, you can return it within 30 days of purchase, even if it has been opened and lightly used.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey to your doorstep.
